BOM Rehab

Yippeeee!!!!!!

I have got the last block done for Merry Merry Christmas.  Gosh it feels good.

I have started and finished all the blocks IN THE ONE YEAR.

now to do the borders and the top is complete

I will not get it quilted this year but that's okay, we are not going to be home much this christmas anyway.

I am linking with Sinta at Pink Pincushion this week for my BOM finish

I Failed

This weeks Easy Street Mystery installment that is.

I have only completed 9 units of the many needed this week, again I am not making it all now, but 9 is pretty dismal effort.

I do have all my white triangles cut, some of the  red squares and some of the aqua triangles.  I do want to collect more variety with these colours

I will get some more pieced this week as my leader and ender sewing.

I am linking with Bonnie's blog , so look at all the other work and colours and thoughts on the finished quilt

Easy Street Part 2

So Part 2 has been published, printed out and partly stitched.

This Part is very cute flying geese using my red fabric, Bonnies Purple.

I think 128 geese  had to be made, I have got 60 completed....  I am not stressing about getting them all done right now.  This is a very busy time for me, making class samples for next year, quilting for customers and all the end of school year activities the kids have...  so i am doing some each week and when the new year rolls in and i have a little bit of time (lol), my plan is to just sit and enjoy making the rest of the quilt.  I really do not make small quilts, as hard as I try.

I am linking again to Quiltville Mystery Link up, go check out all the work done, and all of the people who have made all the required units, not like me

Keep Stitching along
